Let’s face it, we are all just a little bit busy these days. With kids going back to school, the slow reintegration back to in-person work for many, as well as the daily minutiae of tasks and responsibilities, life can get a bit hectic, and sometimes we could use a helping hand. Here you’ll find stories, be able to ask for advice, and find kindred spirits who also feel like life is just a little too busy for its own good.
Let me properly introduce myself. My name is Lauren, I’m a wife, new mom, stepmother, crafter, and small business owner. I run two internet-based businesses: I own two online businesses: a made-to-order bakery and a handmade craft business. My businesses let me enjoy my passions while making a little side income and being home with my kids. To be honest, sometimes I could even use some help, so if I can help others as I try to help myself, then that is a win.
In August, I had my baby boy, so now life has gotten a bit more complicated and chaotic. I absolutely adore my stepson and my baby son, but between having a six-month-old and a thirteen-year-old, and trying to navigate life as a stay-at-home mom.
