Our hosuehold absolutely loves sushi, we dont love the price but all three of us enjoy it. My bonus son’s favorite with Philidelphia rolls, my husband will eat just about any kind and I love Sashimi and Eel is my absolute favorite. So I thought making this viral sushi bake would be a great way to use up the imitation crab I had in my fridge and the remaining salmon I had from last weeks dinner.
My version is a little bit different the recipe that I followed, for one thing I removed the skin prior to cooking which helped it shred in the pan easier. In addition to how I prepared the salmon, I also made a dry rub for it.
There is currently no more left, after dinner last there was enough for two more servings my bonus son and I finished it off today for our lunches. Safe to say dinner was a huge hit with my family. This dinner isn’t jsut something that you can make for Lent it is a great meal any night of the week.
