I kept dinner tonight pretty simple: marinated chops with potatoes and some Kraft Mac n Cheese. I had marinated the chops a couple of days ago, but you can season them before baking. After cutting up the potatoes and onions i arranged them on a baking sheet and drizzled them with olive oil and seasoned them with salt and pepper. I then placed my Meater brand thermometer to help me determine proper cooking time. Once placing the thermometer, I arranged the chops inbetween the vegetables.

My family loves Mac N Cheese. I prefer to make homemade, but sometimes Kraft isn’t a bad substitute. I made two boxes, and it is already gone. There are still chops and potatoes left, which is fine, means that dinner is taken care of for tomorrow. Those are two big tips that I can offer. Make enough that you have leftovers for later, and Kraft isn’t a bad thing to make for dinner. A fed family is absolutely best; not everything has to be from scratch. No one has the time for that every night of the week.
